It seems just a few years ago that we dreamt of setting up a center of excellence for diabetes care and research in the heart of Karachi. On 1st September 1998, it all began on one suite at Abul Hasan Ispahani Road, Karachi. Within a span of 14 years, Dr. Makki’s Diabetes Center has blossomed into an international centre of excellence in diabetes.
